Hello, my name is Andy Lee, and I would like to share my story with you hoping that it will have a positive impact on your life and your decision to finally pluck up the courage and make a change.
If I want to be true to my story, it's best if I start from the very beginning.
When I was a kid I was always dismantling things - old radios, alarm clocks, my bike, anything I could put my hands on. I just wanted to know how things worked, what made them tick.
I think that this natural curiosity was the reason why I was good at school, especially at science. I was just fascinated by it, and still am, in fact.
And my love of science was why I decided to study engineering, and I loved every minute of it. I was surrounded with like-minded people who loved what they did and who further reinforced my desire for knowledge and learning.
However, the college was one thing, and the "real world" the other. No matter the fact that my grades were top notch, I just could get a job in the field for which I prepared for all my life. I don't know if it was my luck, or if I just left bad impressions in my interviews, but I never got a job offering, not even once.
